This is Leela. She is a one-eyed cyclops who is a mutant from the sewer people. They live in the old New York City which is located underground. She is associated with Bender as a co-worker. She is the pilot for Planet Express and is a really good friend with fry.
This extremely old man is the Professor. He is the person who runs the whole Planet Express business. He basically sits around every day coming up with new inventions and giving the others packages to deliver. He as a matter of fact, happens to be Fry's nephew because Fry got frozen in a freezer for 1,000 years.
Amy is another person who works for Planet Express. She helps deliver packages every so often and does stuff at the station. She is from Mars where her wealthy parents live.
This ugly looking creature is Zoidberg. He is a lobstar like creature from a different planet. He is the doctor for the Planet Express business. Even though he is a really bad doctor, he is in fact certified somehow.
Hermes is the final person working for Planet Express. He helps with all the filing and paperwork. He is from Jamaica where he was in the olympics for limboing. He is really good friends with the Professor.
